BEFORE: White tile, teal grout and mirrors on 3 walls did not make for a restful master ensuite (nor provide an easy way to take a photo without being in the picture).

AFTER: Timeless travertine tile and matching cream paint, a beautiful dark wood vanity with built in glass sink and soothing aqua accent tiles transform this bathroom into a restful oasis.

BEFORE: To save money, the tub which was very comfortable was kept, but the rest of the bathroom was gutted.

AFTER: A white polyblend horizontal blind replaces the old teal fabric one. The money saved by reusing the tub was put towards heated radiant floors - a worthwhile trade!

BEFORE: The old metal framed shower stall was removed.

AFTER: A seamless glass shower stall creates the illusion of more space. The stall was extended towards the tub to create a seating bench in the shower. A built-in travertine shelf provides a seamless place to hold toiletries.

BEFORE: There was a definite problem with towel storage in the old bathroom!

AFTER: With towels rolled up neatly in the new vanity and hung on towel bars on the opposite wall, this ensuite goes from messy and chaotic to sublime and peaceful!
