BEFORE: We've seen our share of traditional spec homes, so we were pleased to be asked by a large development firm to stage this new West side house with contemporary finishes.

AFTER: Modern mouldings and a classic marble wrapped fireplace are complimented with sleek neutral furnishings along with silver and aqua accents.

BEFORE: The dining area which was defined by two partial walls looked smaller than it really was without furnishings to define the space.

AFTER: A beautiful modern curved leg walnut dining table and cream upholstered chairs define the area, while elegant art and a simple trio of vases and papyrus stems continue with the contemporary theme.

BEFORE: The ample sized master suite, boasted a lovely window seat and a soaring pitched ceiling.

AFTER: A restrained taupe palette compliments the paint and carpet choices. The leaf motif is carried from the unique art above the bed to the lamp shades and toss cushions on the window seat, creating a very restful retreat.

BEFORE: Crisp, modern built-ins in the family room are an opportunity to display beauty and functionality at the same time.

AFTER: Decorative white accessories pop against the walnut toned display cases. The plasma tv is softened by two beautiful sunburst mirrors above which which also help to carry the eye upward and fill-in the nook above the built-ins.
